About Us

ZOSIMA was founded by Max Weston in 2018. Max has over a decade of experience in intelligence and investigations, spanning both the private and non-profit sectors. His expertise includes working for leading corporate intelligence organisations such as KPMG and Aperio Intelligence, as well as renowned environmental NGOs, the Environmental Investigation Agency (EIA) and Lilongwe Wildlife Trust.

Max specializes in conducting thorough due diligence and investigations related to ESG risks, supply chain issues, environmental compliance, and human rights violations. His work has taken him across the globe, providing clients with trusted insights in high-risk and complex regions.

Max speaks French, Russian, some Spanish, and some Ukrainian, and holds a degree in Russian from Oxford University. This multilingual capability and cultural understanding enable ZOSIMA to navigate diverse international landscapes effectively.
